Privacy Policy

OneCalcApp does not require an account. We do not collect names, email addresses or payment details unless you voluntarily contact us.

Basic, aggregated usage analytics (page views, device type, approximate region) may be collected to improve the service.

Image, document, audio, video, archive, QR and OCR conversions run entirely in your browser. Files are never uploaded to our servers and are discarded from memory when you leave the page.

Preferences such as theme, favourites and recent conversions are stored in your browser's local storage. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

Live currency rates are fetched from a public exchange-rate API. Fonts may be served from a public CDN. These providers may log standard request metadata such as IP address.

OneCalcApp does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly functional.

If you create an optional OneCalcApp account we store your email address (managed by our authentication provider), a hashed password and an optional display name. Calculators remain free without an account.

Messages sent through the contact form are stored securely so we can reply, and are visible only to the OneCalcApp team. Newsletter subscriptions use double opt-in: we record your email address, consent timestamp and subscription status, and every email contains an unsubscribe link.

All of this data is protected by row-level security policies so one user can never read another user's records.

You can download everything we hold about you, or permanently delete your account and profile data, from your account page at any time. If you have contacted us by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence at any time.
