How the browser process works
Combine one or more JPG photos into a multi-page PDF using the existing browser converter, with Fit to image, A4 or US Letter page sizes and adjustable margins. The page sends the selected file and settings to its images-to-pdf browser engine, creates a new output and downloads it without overwriting the source.
One image per PDF page, with original JPG/PNG data embedded without lossy re-encoding. Set page order, paper orientation and print DPI; photographed text stays an image unless you use OCR. Limits: 50 files, 200 MiB per batch, 40 megapixels per source image.
Privacy, quality checks and limitations
Keep the original file until the downloaded output has been opened and checked.
Verify page count, orientation, dimensions, text legibility, audio/video duration and metadata relevant to your use.
Browser-local processing reduces routine upload exposure, but your device, browser extensions and download location still matter.
A converted preview is not proof of legal authenticity, archival compliance, accessibility or digital-signature validity.
Choose settings for your actual task
Combine photographed bills or site-survey images without repeatedly recompressing the JPEG. Camera EXIF orientation is applied, including mirrored orientations. Move the file cards into reading order before creating the PDF.
For a print submission, use A4, Auto orientation and 18 pt margins (6.35 mm). For an exact 4 × 6 inch page from a 1200 × 1800 image, use Fit to image, 300 DPI and zero margin. The print DPI controls physical size; it does not resample the original image.
Paper images are fitted proportionally without cropping. A small screenshot can look blurred when enlarged to A4; enable Keep small images at their print size. Text in photos remains non-searchable, and this tool does not validate a certificate or add a cryptographic signature.

JPG to PDF worked example
Suppose you have three phone photos named application-1.jpg, application-2.jpg and signature.jpg. Select them in that order, choose A4 and add a modest margin. The output is one three-page PDF: the first application photo is page 1, the second is page 2 and the signature image is page 3.
Before uploading that PDF to a portal, open it and confirm that no photo is sideways, clipped or too small to read. The converter creates the document, but it cannot judge whether the source photo itself is sharp enough for an official submission.
